MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责   

• Develop new raw material introduction process with cross functional teams

• Establishes material tracking system for NPI materials, including development timing, validation, and launch readiness.

• Manage the long lead time material and support to pull in to meet mass production timing with global purchasing team.

• Manage raw material shortage issue, risk assessment, prevention measurement, and alternative solution.

• Manage supplier’s change and coordinate with global function approach customer release for alternative solution.

• Material supply improvement actions executing & follow-up

• Provides regular reports on project status and issues.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Understand factory operation process, know the normal material planning method, purchasing process and KPI

• Good data analysis ability, good logic to find the issue and analyze the root cause, confirm potential risk and find solution

• Open minded and active in communication, accountable and can bear stress

• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level, has some financial knowledge

• Technical skills in both mechanical and electronical parts is preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIEN 教育及经验要求

• Educational: Bachelor and above    

• Be familiar with common manufacture process

• At least 3-5 years material planning and purchasing experience in foreign owned company, ever lead the project or team to optimize process or take additional optimization task;
