MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Diagnosis customer return and line failure module, support production line smoothly running, Support customer and field application in conjunction with Quality, MSE, Manufacturing, Engineering and Estimating departments that are appropriate to a product design, its safety integrity, application, environment and manufacturing processes employed to achieve a superior quality, manufacturing product.

? Prepare diagnostic tooling/equipment quotations based on engineer provide specifications or base on product function where available, and recommend method of sourcing of equipment - in-house design, build or contracted out.

? In collaboration with engineering team, develop related diagnosis process base on related product for customer return, Line failure.

? Work with supplier and engineering team for component level failure analysis, risk assessment, imprudent customer quality and satisfaction.

? Supports launch team smoothly PV and new product SOP, support Launch and engineering team finished first article.

? Support line first off check to sure line smoothly running and improvement line quality and effective.

? Support test/ME/product team improvement test coverage,FTY, product quality, OEE and product performance

? Study product test CPK and tracking product performance, feedback engineering team in time related performance variation.

KEY COMPETENCIES

? Bachelor or above, major in Computer science, software engineering , Electrical engineering or related

? Skill at digital , analogy circuit , have circuit analysis ability

? Familiar with embedded system hardware/software(typically C, C++…) to better understand related product structure.

? Familiar with ECU boot loader/application developed and working process in automotive business area

? Have three-phase motor appliance knowledge( for steering project)

? Familiar with CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe is plus

? Experience in automotive business area is a plus

? Familiar electronic component level principle and failure mechanism

? Protel software etc CAD file drawing knowledge

? Better English level, written, Read, oral and understood.

? Team work and good sense on electronic quality
