MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责

• Supports the Program Manager in ensuring program adherence to GDPEP in terms of critical milestone and events as well as compiling the data, especially for all reporting (e.g. monthly reports, weekly meeting minutes) and documentation (e.g. Project File, E-Launch, BOM, timeline)

• Coordinates all activities necessary across the plant departmental boundaries to ensure project timely seamless launch and in line with Plant KPI (indicators)

• Support the APQP activities with the areas involved upon IATF16949 requirements

• Coordinates day-to-day communication between cross functional team to achieve the program’s targets on time, cost and quality

• Schedules trial runs and coordinates preparation for prototype builds & pre-production pilot builds as appropriate

• Open minded and active in communication, accountable and can bear stress

• Technical skills in both mechanical and electronical parts is preferred

• Good command of standard Microsoft software including Microsoft project

• Down-to-details and hard-working

• Cost and quality management 

• Basic business and commercial understanding

• Strong interpersonal communications skills 

• Self-motivated with good business acumen

• Must have good computer skills-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering technology field or business discipline 

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in automotive industry in one of manufacturing or launch

• Understand mechanical production environment and related technologies;

• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level, has some financial knowledge

• Sense of strong responsibility and result oriented

• Male preferred
