1、负责前台接待及电话接转；

2、收发传真，复印文档，收发快递工作；

3、月度考勤统计，更新员工通讯录；

4、预订火车票、飞机票及酒店；

5、协助办公用品的盘点和领用记录工作以及办公用品的采购；

6、完成领导布置的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，有相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可;

2、工作细致、认真、有责任心；

3、较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

4、熟练使用office办公软件；

5、形象大方，积极主动，有服务意识。
