- Design and optimize the production line as well as assembly process by time study analysis, line balancing study, capacity model maintain, bottlenecks identify and drive improvements. Track, control and solve various problems during the production to ensure the product quality.
- Drive methods for improving production efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, re-organizing work flow, re-locating work stations and equipment, make special tooling or fixture.
- Lead Lean manufacturing and engage in improvement initiatives on projects by using ACE tools eg. 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, SMED, VSM.
- Analyze work force utilization, facility layout and operational data such as production cost process flow chart to determine efficient utilization of labors, facilities and equipments in order to control and reduce cost.
- Response to customer complaints related issues, new products installation related questions, work out the solutions.
- Involve in equipment/facility upgrade, repair and maintenance studies and proposals, support safety protective equipment projects.

任职资格:

- Bachelor degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

- At least 5 years working experience of IE or ME in the manufacturing industry.

- Experience with/Certification in Lean and Six Sigma is highly desired. Familiar with TPM.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Acceptable English level for basic daily written and oral communication.
