    Responsibilities/岗位职责: Position Overview 1)         The position has the general responsibility for securing continuity of Shanghai site raw materials supply. 2)         The candidate will be able to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems. 3)         Strong project management and multi-functional communication skills are required to provide the linkage with other internal and external functions.   Job Scope and Main Activities 1)         Analyze end user RFQ and search/select/negotiate with suppliers. 2)         Develop strategies for key supplier, process and performance management. 3)         Lead contract and price negotiations with assigned key suppliers. 4)         Lead communication of end user, with serve on your own initiative, guide a need and meet the demand. 5)         Place Purchasing Orders to suppliers to ensure on-time shipment to meet end user requirements. 6)         Collect supplier invoices and related documents and submit to Finance for supplier payment. 7)         Work together with import team to collect shipping documents from supplier and support custom clearance issue. 8)         Handle supplier quality issue. 9)         JDE purchasing data maintenance. 10)     Monitor and improve supplier performance according to supplier performance matrix. 11)     Responsible for implementation of Purchasing Control Police, working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy it. 12)     Continue drive process improvement. 13)     Other tasks assigned by leader.   

 Requirements/职位要求: 1)         Integrity. 2)         5+ years experience in Procurement organizations and 2+ years of management position. 3)         Bachelor’s Degree in life science relative major, or working experiences in Biology related industry. 4)         Strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills. 5)         Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments with strong business acumen. 6)         Goal-oriented, assertive, logical thinking, detail driven with can-do spirit.
