Main responsibilities:

? Support the management of client accounts

? Execute social media content strategies by working alongside the Digital Content Editor and other junior staff to manage and produce inspiring content, on both a weekly and project basis 

? Support team efforts to develop a talent network of writers, bloggers, art directors, photographers, film makers, illustrators etc. 

? Liaise closely with the PR, proactively managing workflow and resolving issues, reacting to client and consumer feedback 

? Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle and new technologies in order to advise Senior Management on new opportunities and emerging strategies, including but not limited to competitor activity, industry thought leadership, current events and digital trends. 

? Create and deliver campaign reports, both qualitative and quantitative 

? Create opportunities and work to amplify content and campaigns by advising opportunities for amplification through performance (SEO, PPC etc.) and influencer (bloggers, affiliate sites etc.) marketing and assist the Senior Management on new business pitches

Requirements: 

? Strong sense of luxury brand (fashion and/or lifestyle) aesthetics with an excellent taste level

? Passion for the business of fashion and trends in digital innovation in both China and international markets. 

? Mid level experience of working in a digital agency, digital media or in-house at a brand that has a strong and forward-thinking digital footprint.

? Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios

? Strong skills in creating PowerPoint presentations

? Strong planning and organizational skills, A real team player who will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and ability to juggle multiple projects and work to stringent deadlines 

? Full working proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) , strong writing skills in both languages a huge plus.
