1)遵守执行国家各项相关药事法规，秉持药师职业道德，并严格执行公司各项行政规章与制度；
2)遵守公司考勤制度，根据药房部门预定的排班表，应按时或适当提前到岗，为当日工作顺利开展做好准备工作（如准时开窗，佩戴胸卡，端正仪表等），未经上级主管允许，不得擅自离岗或调整排班时间；
3)调配处方核发药品是药师最基本的职责之一，药师应严格遵守我国卫生部《处方管理办法》中规定的处方调配要求，接方、审方、核对药品无误后还要认真核对病人姓名，在病人应答确认后，方能发药，并应以病人听得懂的语言和方式向其讲清药品的具体用量用法。
4)严格按规范处理发药中的特殊情况，如各类差错、内差、回退等。发生差错应自觉登记，吸取教训。
5)为病人及其他专业医护人员解决用药过程中的疑问，提供令人满意的专业药学服务；认真负责地完成上级主管所分配的各项部门任务。
