职位描述
1) Set up working plan of our department according to the hospital’s annual plan and development .Give feedback to management in order to reach the hospital’s development.
根据医院的总体发展和年度工作计划，制定出本部门工作计划，组织实施。并按期总结汇报。
2) Set up department’s policy and rule attain management’s requirement. Then supervise and carry out it to prevent error.
严格执行院部的统一指示，认真作好院部与部门间的协调沟通，将院部信息及时、准确地传达到科室。
3) Check quality control of imaging and diagnosis and correct in time which accord with requirement of Radiodiagnosis by Medical Council, Shanghai.
制定和完善本部门的各种规章制度和技术操作规程，以达到上级主管部门的质量控制要求。督促实施，发现问题及时纠正。
4) Follow up new technique and studying about Radiology to promote working efficiency.
根据上海市放射诊断质量控制手册要求，完善本部门工作。
5) Follow up the cleaning, maintenance and keep the machine running.
组织和进行业务学习，及时掌握放射领域先进经验与发展方向。
6) Manage the affairs of registration, statistics, archive information of patients and their films.
定期保养、维护机器、联系维修使其处于正常运转状态。
7) Registering abnormal report and follow up radiodiagnosis of patient.
负责患者资料的登记、统计及保存工作。
8) Report the infectious disease according to CDCs requirement without any misleading.
定期对异常病例随访，并建立详细的纪录。
9) Keep in close contact with clinic and exchange ideals to keep up the standard.
属传染病范围的病例，均应根据疾病控制中心要求填好传报单，做到传报及时、准确、避免漏报现象发现。
10) Communication full understanding with colleague and hand over working on time.
经常与其他部门联系征求意见，以及时改进和完善本部门工作。
11) The staff should carefully diagnosis if the X-ray image from the outside.
做好与科室成员沟通，定期交接工作方面的问题。
