职位描述
1) Reporting
财务报告
a) Daily flash report, weekly business report, monthly and annual finance report, monthly department report etc.
日报表，周报表，月度财务报表，月度部门报表，年度财务报表，财务分析报告等。
b) Periodic report to government including tax bureau, statistic bureau, etc.
外部周期性报表，如报告给税务局及统计局的报表等。
2) General Ledger
总帐
a) In charge of monthly book close.
月度财务结帐。
b) Responsible for master accounts: fixed assets, deferred expense, accrues expense, foreign exchange and loss, revenue, account receivable etc.
负责转帐性科目如固定资产，待摊费用，预提费用，汇兑损益，收入，应收账款等。
3) Internal Control
内部控制
Assist Finance Manager to setup an efficient internal control system.
协助财务经理建立有效的财务内部控制系统。
4) Contract management
合同管理
Proper recording and keeping of company contracts.
做好公司各类合同的登记及保存工作。
5) Other job assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级主管交付的其他工作。
