RESPONSIBILITY工作职责:

1) Communicate with foreign patients

与外国病人沟通

2) In charge of outpatient and inpatient charging.

负责门诊及住院的收费

3) Invoice Issuing, registering and filling

负责发票的录入，打印及记录

4) Contact with insurance and check patient’s benefits when necessary.

联系海外保险公司并向保险公司确认理赔情况

5) Clear the outstanding according to the EOBs from insurance company.

根据收到的理赔回馈信息，对冲相应的应收账款。

6) Make “Debit Note” for the patient periodically.

定期统计病人的应付款项，制作相应地催款单。

7) Inform patients about the claimant feedback in time and assist them to reclaim.

及时通知病人保险公司关于理赔的反馈信息并协助病人重新理赔。

8) Remind patient to clear their outstanding and update the latest information.

提醒病人清掉个人应承担的应付账款及时更新帐务的最新情况。

9) List all the outstanding status and check the account receivable balance with insurance company termly.

定期统计应收账款的情况并与保险公司进行核对。

10) Be familiar with Direct Billing process of all the insurance and cooperated clients.

熟悉所有合作保险公司及公司客户的直付流程。

11) Checking Insurance Agreement for Direct Billing Service.

审核保险公司的直付合同。

12) Perform other support tasks for Finance Dept. as assigned

完成财务经理分派的其他工作

Requirements:

1.College Degree or above

大专及以上学历

2.Minimum one year working experences in relevant areas

相关工作经验1年以上

3.Good English speaking and writing skills.

良好的英语听说读写能力

4.Familiar with microsoft office

熟练操作office软件

5.Sense of responsibility,earnest,detailed.Good communication skills with team spirit
