- For our Energy Sector Energy Wind Power Division in Shanghai we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager at the earliest opportunity.

- Financial/commercial management of project(s) with the aim of finishing the project(s) in the given time, budget and quality framework with the greatest possible positive profit and EVA effectiveness and to the customer's satisfaction.

What are my responsibilities?
- Execution of contracts with customers, consortium partners, regional units and suppliers maximizing both project profit and customer satisfaction.
与客户、公司合作伙伴、地方机构和供应商一起履行合约，使项目利润和客户满意度达到最佳。
- Make contact to other departments and assist the PM in providing proper information.
联系其他部门，协助项目经理提供相关信息。
- Assist PM in following up and trying to mitigate negative impact to the project from areas within your responsibility.

- Participate in project meetings whenever required.

- Set up action plans in order to meet contract conditions as per below.

- Identify issues in the contract containing obligations related to your area of responsibility.

- Follow agreed QA & HSE plan.

- Define the project execution strategy including tax strategy in line with the customer's contract structure and the New Collaboration model.

- Perform all financial/commercial duties within the project(s), such as establishing commercial terms and conditions, accounting & ERP (PRC GAAP, IFRS, SAP etc.), payments, bonds/guarantee (GREAT), funding, currency management, taxes, customs declarations, claim balancing and financial statements, possibly dispatch schedule monitoring.

- Assuring proper handover from sales by verifying the As-sold values have been frozen. (Please SEE PROseq Guidelines for further information)

- Perform a Detailed Comparison of costs to WBS element level 4 and 5. Such comparisons can include: As-sold calculation and order income calculation (OIC). After such comparisons you will need to provide comments for each cost change and have them signed off.

- Perform cost accounting and controlling.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 5+ in related positions
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, project mgt or related majors.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
- Could take big pressure
