- For our Energy Fossil in Shanghai we are looking for a Offshore Deputy GM at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Responsibility for the execution of Offshore sales contracts and the project management, installation, commissioning and hand over of Wind Offshore projects to clients. Overall responsible for budget, time schedule and quality of offshore projects.
- Start up Offshore projects, follow up and monitor the project implementation status and report to management. Manage, coach and train the employees (technicians, engineers) assigned to the project.
- Evaluate on projects in order to share lessons learned with the rest of the Project department and the organization. Ensuring timely and open communication within the project team and all relevant stakeholders, maintain positive and proactive attitude.
- Ensure the safe completion of all projects and activities under project control and for service (zero harm). Establish, through personal example, an environment for the performance of work that exceeds the minimum Local (country) specific and Company Environment, Health and Safety and requirements. Report on Environment, Health and Safety issues and incidents wherever and whenever occurring.
- Participate in Management Group for Region China, Projects and Service, including strategy setting.
- Sell service as an integral part of the offshore projects, and ensure the customer understands the value of a proper service organisation.
- Develop service technology, to ensure prompt responses to customer requirements in an emerging market - with little offshore experience.
- Ensure operational excellence on installed fleet, and develop KPI system down to technician level, to ensure e.g. right choice of tools, spareparts, measurement instruments is made in more than e.g. 95% of all visits to the turbines.
- Support the sales organization with the knowledge and expertise for Offshore products and proposals. Join customer meetings and workshops to market Offshore products and Offshore project and service knowledge.
- Manage tender and contracting process with offshore subcontractors, management of subcontractors. Assist in preparation of complex project tenders and in negotiation of sales projects. Planning and execution of site logistics, inspect potential turbine installation sites and access conditions.
- Give guidance for correct initiation/drafting of offshore tenders, proper technical and contractual handling and coordination of proposal development process.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 10 years+ experience in project management, service and sales in project business. Combination of technical understanding and business accumen a must. Experience from wind power (ideally offshore) a strong asset
- Project management, service and possibly sales experience in an international systems/projects environment
- 10 years+ management experience - documented results
- Ability to move in highly international environments - international track record required. Working experience in China is an asset.
