负责分公司直销行销渠道相关行政事务，与公司后台各部门紧密合作，及时沟通协调解决各类事项

1. 新契约/保全/客服及合作方行政的交接

1)按照公司既定流程，与新契/保全及客服保持紧密联系，确保在规定时效内完成保单数据传输，状态变更传输或申请，保单查询及修改，及时帮助销售团队追踪保单；

1. communication with new contract/policy service/customer service and partners' administration departments

1) maintain close contact with new contract/policy service and customer service departments in line with the company's established process to ensure transmission of policy data, status change transmission or application, policy inquiry and modification within prescribed time, and help sales team keep track of policies in a timely manner;

2)按公司400及项目转办单工作流程和时效及时处理并督促销售团队处理工单及回访问题件，以确保客户利益，防止客户投诉

2) process and oversee sales team's processing form and questions identified in the return visits in line with the company's 400 and project transfer workflow and schedule to safeguard customers' interests and prevent customer complaints

2. 职场管理

1）根据电销职场的需求，职场布置/业绩板更新，以满足销售团队营造销售氛围的需求；

2. Workplace management

1) workplace design/performance board update in line with tele-marketing workplace requirements to meet requirements in tele-marketing atmosphere for sales team

2）库房管理，详细记录电销中心中物品出库入库，以使电销中心的相关资产如微波炉、耳麦、投影仪、笔记本电脑等得到妥善管理，避免遗失；

2) warehouse management - detailed recording of flow of items in tele-marketing center's warehouse to ensure that related assets (microwave stove, headsets, projector, laptops)in tele-marketing center are properly managed to prevent loss

3）协助现场主管管理好职场安控，如现场信息、坐席规范等，以达成合作方的要求，确保电销中心信息安全、环境安全；

3) assist site manager to ensure workplace safety and security, such as site information and call agent standardization, so as to meet partner's requirements and ensure information and environment security in tele-marketing center

3. 行政事务

1）完成电销中心竞赛费用、人员出差等报销工作，以便现场竞赛奖励及时兑现；

2）完成定期的办公用品、饮用水、XW奖品等相关物品的申请

3）完成电销中心销售人员的考勤登记、统计，以确保销售人员全勤奖计算正确；

4）完成新人入职电销现场的一些引领工作；

3. Administrative affairs

1)reimbursements for expenses of contests and business trips in tele-marketing center so that rewards for contest winners can be given on site in a timely manner

2)requisition for items such as office supplies, water coolers and XW prizes on a regular basis

3)attendence registration and statistics of sales staff in tele-marketing center to ensure correctness of full attendence bonus given to sales persons

4)orientation for new hires in tele-marketing center
