1.负责行业以及市场的研究和评估; 
2.负责融资方案的策划,编制融资项目的可行性分析报告以及风险控制报告,提出融资项目的具体运作方案; 
3.负责与目标融资机构例如银行、券商进行商谈,确认融资的具体方案; 
4.负责控制和监督融资方案的具体执行进度;并提供融资效益分析报告; 
5.负责与公司业务部门进行沟通协调,保证公司项目所需正常的现金和资金; 
6.建立、维护和开拓融资渠道,保持与相关金融机构以及中介机构的良好关系. 


任职要求: 
1.统招本科及以上学历，地产基金募资经验; 
2.至少5年以上相关工作经历,有成功的融资案例；
3.中英文流利。

Handen is a well-known international investment fund consortium devoted to the business of equity real estate acquisition and development, along with fixed-income investments in urban infrastructure development projects. Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects.
