Role and Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for developing systematic training materials, case studies for clients working with the GBI suite of products, in support of company and department goals.

• Develop bilingual training materials, case studies according to GBI products and client needs
• Develop bilingual client engagement activities materials
• Proactively understand the pharmaceutical industry and user needs
• Work closely with GBI company leaders to develop client loyalty programs and user incentives
• Develop client monthly and quarterly reports with strong analytical skills
• Monitor key client usage from backend and manage abnormal high usage and low usage users
• Provide clear and concise face-to-face or remote trainings to clients using approved training materials
• Answer calls from clients for product Q&A
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder as minimum requirement
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Degree in medicine or pharmacy is a priority
• Experience in life science or pharmaceutical related industries is a plus
• Experience in pharm regulatory department, CROs or medical publishing agencies is a plus
