1. 办理开具各项票据，日常收支的管理和核对，员工报销；

2. 基本账务的核对，支付费用报销、库存现金、银行存款的结算及归档工作；

3. 办理登记现金、银行存款日记账，认真执行银行结算制度和现金管理制度；

4. 办公室日常用品的采购，公司快件的接受和寄送工作；

5. 员工招聘，入职/离职，员工社保/公积金的办理

6. 负责公司日常的人事、行政事务；

7. 完成上级安排的其他工作

任职资格：

1. 中专以上学历，会计学或财务管理专业优先；

2. 具有1年以上出纳工作经验；

3. 熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件；

4. 记账要求字迹清晰、准确、及时，账目日清月结，报表编制准确、及时；

5. 了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务，具备日常现金管理，银行的收支，核算，记账，票据审核的知识和能力；

6. 工作积极主动热情，具有较强表达能力和沟通能力；

7. 为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真，有良好的职业道德操守；

8. 沪籍优先考虑。

1. 工作时间：做五休二，不加班（9：00——12：00；下午13：00——18：00）；
