1、从事 ActionScript3 开发工作三年以上，熟悉 AS 与后台服务器之间的通信和交互，能够使用 AS 自主开发 Flash 组件；

3、熟悉常见的关系型数据库（Mysql、Oracle、SqlServer 等），了解数据库的配置，使用及优化；
4、了解 B/S 系统主流的技术架构，有良好的代码编写习惯和文档撰写能力；
