工作职责：

1.负责工厂的设备管理工作，包括固定资产登记记录，设备使用情况备案等；

2.负责建立设备管理制度，培训和督导工厂设备维修人员落实执行；

3.负责工厂新购设备的选型和采购工作，负责工厂现有设备的更新升级，提出更新升级的可行性方案；

4.配合工厂进行技术革新，提升生产效率。

5.负责日常设备及工厂线路的维修、保养；

6.监控工厂设备的使用状态，对引起设备故障的停机原因进行分析和改进；

7.对新设备进行安装、调试、以及对旧设备进行改进等；

8.对设备的保养记录进行总结分析，发现问题，及时上报解决。

9.生产部安排的其他有关设备管理的相关工作。

10.能适应翻夜班工作。

岗位要求：

1、高中及以上学历，专业：机电一体化、自动化、工业电气等专业；

2、年龄23-35岁，三年以上工作经验；

3、掌握基本电气电路原理，能看懂电气图纸，懂PLC和数控调试基础知识；

4、动手能力、团队意识强，吃苦耐劳。

5、有电工证优先。
