职位：

? 售后服务工程师 – 偏电气控制系统方向，有英语要求

职位目标

? 为美国和中国公司提供的高空作业设备及其他作业设备提供售后服务支持，并为客户提供产品维修培训。此职位主要关注产品电气系统方面的维修，技术支持工作。

岗位职责：

1．接收代理商和最终用户的设备故障报修。

2.对报修存档，记录。及时提供解决方案。

3. 必要时和美国技术支持部门寻求支持。

4. 及时将处理意见，处理方案反馈给代理商和最终用户。

5. 按公司要求为代理商和最终用户提供维修保养培训。

6. 协助代理商开展相关售后服务工作。

7. 为代理商/合作伙伴制定维修计划和维修零配件采购计划。

8. 供应维修零配件，提供询价，报价，零配件销售合同。

9. 为代理商和最终用户提供维修零配件。

10.提供质保服务，受理代理商和最终用户的质保报修。为代理商/最终用户提供设备维修方案及维修服务。

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历；电气工程, 机电一体化专业

2. 至少三年以上电气控制相关工作经验。

3. 具备电气类、气动和液压系统、PLC、伺服和传感器等相关知识。

4. 熟悉可编程控制系统的硬件及软件，熟练掌握至少一种PLC编程软件，精通至少一门计算机高级语言，如：C++、pascal

5. 熟练使用各类办公软件，Auto CAD绘图软件， Solid Works三维设计软件及其他相关设计软件。

6. 有售后服务经验尤佳。

7. 因此职位需和国外相关部门保持日常沟通，必须具备良好的英语书写和口语能力
