Purpose of the job:

The Merchandiser is to support Merchandising manager in responsible for supporting and executing strategies of Product assortment, Pricing, Place and Promotion to satisfy different consumer needs so as to drive a collaborated strategy across functions to achieve commercial Target.

    

The role will support the implementation of merchandise operation; assist centrally coordinated sub-brand/concept launch planning; propose pricing strategy by channel; collect market intelligence; monitor assortment performance; implement the integrated Commercial Calendar (ICC) and Monthly Commercial Driver designed to cope with Retail momentum.

    

The ultimate goal is to build a strategic assortment management that embody brand vision and attain country financial goal (i.e. Revenue, Volume and Gross Margin).

Responsibilities:

Execute product assortment strategies & concept plans of all products based on key consumer needs platforms.

• Assist volume plan according to sales feedback, market and channel requirement and allocation cluster.
• Implement and monitor periodic product management to closely track product launch status and increase productivity.
• Analysis from product database, including launch calendar, sales analysis, novelties sales tracking report, running styles library, hero pattern library as well as key series size breakdown library.
• Support internal fitting section with assortment and training team to understand product knowhow.
• Monitor consumer insight understanding from each area through data analysis, market visit and regular sales meetings.
• Assist and execution of Pricing strategy based on different channel, consumer profile and product life cycle.
• Provide Price range analysis vs competitor for management’s strategic making.
• Executing Pricing adjustment and MI control.
• Responsible for Sub brand penetration operation to ensure market growth and consumers coverage
• Assist Product allocation by store clustering
• Collecting key competitor information including brand strategy, new product benefit, price range.
• Support Merchandising Manager to prepare Budget by brand/platforms
• Provide Monthly Rolling forecast proposal base on performance and market feedback.
• Execute Key initiatives if any. 
• Monitor Zoning optimization based on BV contribution and Space investment to pursue BV/sqm2
