职责：

Responsibility:

1. 独立与客户沟通，准备/理解图纸，产品开发，样品跟进

Communicate with foreign customer independently, prepare drawings, source and develop products, follow the status of samples.

2. 负责核价，报价及价格谈判

Check and negotiate price and prepare quotation to customer.

3. 协调采购安排订单收发，确认

Coordinate with the purchase dept. to issue/receive order and confirm

4. 协调QC进行质检安排，并跟踪订单进度

Coordinate with QC to arrange quality inspection, and follow the progress of orders

5. 协调并处理订单进行中的紧急事件

Coordinate and handle the emergencies which occurred during the production

6. 协调并处理索赔事件

Coordinate and handle the claim

要求：

Requirement:

1. 大专以上学历，家具设计或工业设计背景优先

College education and above, furniture design or industrial product design is preferred

2. 三年以上外贸跟单经验，有工厂生产管理经验更佳

Above 3 years’ experience of merchandising, and with experience of factory management is preferred

3. 熟悉图纸，技术，材料及单价 (木，铁，玻璃，压克力, 塑料，纸，灯具等)，表面处理，生产流程及具备一定的外贸知识

Be familiar with drawing, technology, material, unit price (wood, metal, glass, acrylic, plastic, paper, and light etc.), surface treatment, and production procedure and have knowledge of international trade.

4. 有较强的工厂控制力，协调能力及谈判能力

Be strong at factory control, coordinating and negotiation.

5. 能适应出差和较大的工作压力，能系统有效地安排工作

Be able to work under pressure and arrange job systematically.

6. 英文沟通能力好

Be good at English communication.
