Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and processes to drive organic growth

Develop and leverage analytics and insight including market studies, VOC surveys, and competitive benchmarking to drive profitable growth

Support segment leadership in prioritizing strategic initiatives and investment alternatives

Liaise and support the enterprise growth council for China to evaluate market-back regional opportunities and local needs.

Develop knowledge and expertise in Thermal segment; support sales training activities

Share and leverage global resources to support regional and cross regional growth

Support brand enhancement and execution of brand strategies to take advantage of historical strengths and existing market opportunities

Create and present business cases for potential opportunities

This position requires 35% travel – some international

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B strategic marketing with significant time in APAC

Knowledge of electric heating solutions in industrial or commercial markets preferred

Strategic thinker and tactical driver with the proven ability to identify opportunities, formulate supporting business cases, gain support from stakeholders, implement and achieve deliverables

Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of China B2B

Experience marketing as a price leader in APAC

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal. Other Asian languages are a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capacities

BA/BS in engineering, business, or a related field

MBA preferred
