职位描述
1. 负责一切与账户有关的事宜 (开销户、账户维护、协助KYC监控等账户相关业务);
2. 负责与总行相关部门开户类文件交接;
3. 完成人民银行,外汇管理局等监督机构及本银行内部的各项报表;
4. 及时向营运主管进行工作总结和汇报,协助做好分行的日常营运工作;
5. 与客户保持良好关系,回答客户业务咨询,介绍我行业务流程;
6. 与分行其他部门合作,协调解决各种需求;
7. 其他银行安排的工作。
岗位要求:
1. 本科以上学历,金融相关专业毕业;
2. 至少两年以上银行从业经验,熟悉账户服务操作;
3. 英语口语熟练,书面应用能力强;
4. 对银行相关的产品和服务有足够的认识;
5. 具有全面履行各项岗位职责的相应工作能力。
