职位要求：

1？能配合主班老师，结合本班幼儿的年龄特点和个体差异，制定教学计划，并组织实施，完成教育任务。

2？协助主班按照学校要求做好班级管理工作及教具制作、教室布置等工作

3. 严格执行幼儿园安全、卫生保健制度，发现危险因素及时解决或上报，做好交接班工作。

4. 与家长友好沟通，共同商讨符合幼儿特点的教育措施。

5. 积极参加业务学习和幼儿教育研究活动。

任职要求：

1.大专或以上学历，学前教育或者幼教相关专业 。

2.热爱幼儿、尊重幼儿，对幼儿一视同仁，性格开朗、活泼，善于与小朋友沟通交流 。

3. 具有教师资格证 。

4.工作主动认真努力，有强烈的责任感。
