工作职责

1、制定全面的预算管理计划；

2、发现分析预算控制中的问题，并提出改进意见；

3、比较项目实际成本与预算，并对产生的重要差异做财务分析报告；

4、为及时反映企业运营动态，发现经营中存在的问题并预警，负责定期完成分析评价报告；

5、为使预算管理工作在规范的制度保障下进行，负责拟定并完善区域全面预算管理的相关工作制度；

6、为有效预测并督促公司各职能部门及各经营单位追求高业绩目标，负责对公司各职能部门及各经营单位进行预算的审核及批复工作。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，财务相关专业优先；

2、做过项目管理者优先，可从另一角度审视财务执行力及问题解决跟进情况；

3、有广告装潢行业年度预算及项目跟进、预算执行情况经验；

4、有独立解决思考问题的能力；

5、逻辑思维性强，执行力强。
