职位描述
模具CNC工程师 Mould CNC Engineer
人数：2人
工作职责：
1，参与模具制造工艺分析与模具二维设计；
2，依照2D制造工艺图或部件图等相关信息，编制CNC加工程序；
3，调试CNC设备和加工程序，加工模具毛坯并校验程序和检测与记录相关尺寸；
4，参与设备保养、维修与校验等工作；
5，跟踪外发模具加工件的进度及质量和技术沟通；
6，按要求完成其他任务。
岗位要求：
1，机械制造或机电一体化专业专科、或类似学历；
2，三年以上CNC编制或模具制造从业经验；
3，熟悉AutoCAD制图, 会使用UG 或Catia模具制造软件尤佳；
4，具有熟练的中英文读写能力；
5， 熟悉使用计算机办公软件。 .
Mould CNC Engineer
Number: 1 person
Responsibilities:
1, involved in mold and die manufacturing process of two-dimensional design;
2, 2D manufacturing process in accordance with plans and other related plans or parts information, the preparation of CNC machining processes;
3, Debugging CNC equipment and machining processes; processing and calibration procedures and blank mold inspection and records related to size;
4, involved in equipment maintenance, repair and calibration, etc.;
5, tracking the outsourcing parts mold parts and technical progress and the quality of communication;
6, Complete other tasks.
Job Requirements:
1, machinery or electromechanical specialist, or similar qualifications;
2, more than three years CNC experience in the preparation or mold;
3, Be familiar with AutoCAD drawings, will use UG or Catia preferred mold manufacturing software;
4, Proficiency in Chinese and English literacy;
5, Be familiar with computer office software. .
