岗位职责及要求：
1. 负责拓展海外代理市场与团队成员一同为海外客人提供包含货物申报通关,提供运费方案预算,协调解决船东,报关行,收/发货人问题需求在内的尽善尽美的客户服务;
2. 确认标准操作流程的具体落实;
3. 大学本科以上学历,航运物流专业优先;
4. 两年以上海外客户服务行业相关工作经验;
5. 俄语流利的听说,写作能力;
6. 熟练应用电子商务软件;
7. 良好的人际交往技巧和团队合作精神;
8. 拥有海外代理网络及客户群者优先
Job: Customer Service (Oversea)
Location: Shanghai
Accountabilities & Qualifications:
1. To develop overseas market, coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to ouroverseas customers/agent in all respects, which include but not limit to arrange the shipments pass the customs declaration, offer sea freight planning & budget, coordinate and solve problem with carrier/ customs broker / shipper & consignee, reporting, etc;
2.Ensure the standard operation procedure to be well implemented;
3.University degree or above, preferably in logistics/transportation fields;
4.More than two years of relevant working experience in overseas customer service industry;
5.CET-6, good command of both oral and written English;
6.Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
7.Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit.;
8.Having overseas customer base and agent network is preferred.
