Responsibilities:

• Manage Sales/Purchase teams
• Manage sourcing and reporting of product, work closely with suppliers 
• Conducts supplier analysis, evaluates potential suppliers,  develops and create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluates and/or recommends sourcing decision to buyers.

• Conduct performance management
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements and Skills

• Must have min 3 years of strong management experience in sourcing/purchasing
• Min 3 years experience in export industry
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal, written, presentation, teaching ability);
• Self-starter with strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;
