Duties:
- Is responsible for local school network stability, safety, maintenance, and related upgrading projects including purchases. Should work with IT Central Office and ensure the implementation of global standards and project plans that apply to the local school's network.
- Work with IT Central Office on network monitoring and auto-reporting in order to ensure the network continuity.
- Install, register, manage, maintain and trouble-shoot school computers, smart boards, projectors, printers and related peripheral hardware.
- Install, register and maintain school software systems including software upgrades.
- Support school users on their hardware and software related problems and develop solutions.
- Help with necessary documentation assigned by the head of ITD.
- Participate some projects led by IT Central Office and support the sister and brother schools of Yew Chung and Yew Wah by sharing valuable experience and knowledge.
- Maintain awareness and be a self-learner of the latest information technology and developments within the job scope.
- Any other assignment arranged by the line of management.

Skills/qualifications:
- University or college Diploma. Formal computer technology qualifications preferred.
- Two-year experience in network administration.
- Two-year experience in the service and maintenance of computer hardware devices and software applications.
- Positive, energetic demeanor. Possesses a keen sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with teams, teachers, students and parents, and provide positive customer service with a helpful and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, and be a self-learner.
- Ability to handle confidential files and information in a professional manner.
- Ability to work and meet deadlines.
- Good in oral and written English and Chinese languages.
