1、流行资料的收集，当季色彩、设计元素及细节分析；
2、对配饰（围巾 帽子 手套 挂饰、鞋类等）有丰富的设计及成熟的开发经验；
3、对流行配饰类设计具有高度兴趣，熟悉设计至打样的商品开发流程.

岗位职责：

1、根据品牌要求设计拉杆箱、背包、拎包等产品，选择相应的材质，搭配相应的辅料，编写相关要求说明。

2、走访市场，密切关注国内外各大知名品牌的相关信息，并进行归纳。

3、收集并了解材质、功能等特性，对检测合格的面料进行设计。

4、复核成品样，对不足之处进行修改，总结设计缺陷。

5、处理开发的产品成本预算，需按整体的产品价格带规划进行产品开发，将成本控制在预期的价格带范围内。

任职要求：

1、设计专业本科以上学历；

2、了解箱包、配饰、童车等产品，具备色彩搭配、面料、款式设计等知识；

3、精通PS绘图等，熟悉solidworks或PROE等曲面结构绘图者佳；

4、强烈的潮流趋势敏感度，喜爱箱包产品；

5、有 一定英语基础，沟通表达清晰流畅。 

6、较强的设计管理能力和沟通能力，熟练掌握平面设计的各种技能，对设计有一定的创意及深度的理解；

7、对文案及策略有较强理解力，作品富有创意，色彩把握及整体构成有良好运用能力；

8、具有一定的组织能力和团队合作精神；
