1、维护与客户的长期合作；

2、对客户进行日常维护，接受客户咨询，主动、及时反馈业务相关信息；

3、跟踪业务操作情况、及时进行信息反馈与沟通；

4、熟悉和掌握物流运输操作各个环节的费用成本，进行审核、确认；

5、熟悉整个海运出口操作环节（清关，国际运输，国内运输）及报关、报检的各项流程和知识，并能给予客户专业建议；

6、定期进行业务统计、对帐并协助完成结算工作。

7、对于原有客户以及新客户的业务拓展

任职要求：

1、大专科及以上学历；上海户口

2、三年以上相同岗位工作经验，熟悉整个海运出口操作环节

3、工作耐心细致，有高度的责任心，能承受工作压力，具有独立解决问题的能力；

4、具有很强的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，待人热情诚恳；

5、英语四级以上水平

6、货代销售经验，IS经验优先
