职位描述
- 做好所属项目人事部日常相关行政、人事工作（包括各类物品申请采购、文档的整理和归纳、协助进行招投标工作、资产盘点、员工各类活动的前期准备、布置、安排等相应的工作、基层员工的招聘工作、员工入职、离职手续的办理等等）；
- 完成上级领导布置的工作。
岗位要求：
- 大专或以上学历，行政/人事管理专业优先；
- 35岁以下，二年以上相关工作经验，物业人事部工作经验优先；
- 熟悉电脑操作，能熟练运用windows操作系统及各种办公自动化应用软件。
- 良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力。
- 工作细致认真，责任心强，具有较强的团队合作精神。
