You have an undergraduate university degree and have a minimum of two years’ work experience. Most importantly, you work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.

在这个职位上，您将与在社区经理紧密的合作并且负责： In this position, you will work closely with the Community Manager throughout the duration of the community and will be responsible for:

维持社区的功能和活力Maintaining the functionality and vibrancy of the community
根据客户的喜好配置每个社区 Configuring each community based on client preferences
在执行过程中为客户提供技术和功能上的支持Providing technical and functional support to clients during the implementation process and ongoing
撰写并宣传一周信息给每个社区成员，公布社区新信息Writing and disseminating weekly communications to community members announcing what is new in the community
社区建设和成员参与的主要负责人Having primary responsibility for community building and member engagement
为社区注入内涵 Delivering content to the community
出席并参加常务会议并通报公司内部和客服部门社区情况且规划未来的行动Attending and participating in standing meetings to keep internal and client teams informed about what is going on in the community and to plan future activities
为报告提供数据支持Supporting data reporting requests

支持成员保留的成就，社会招聘的流程和履行成员的升值Supporting member retention efforts, community recruitment processes, and member appreciation fulfillment
根据需要协助特殊项目Assisting with special projects as needed

要求的技能／经验／素质DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALITIES

2年以上专业领域工作经验 （调研，广告，市场营销） 2+ years experience in a professional setting (Research, Advertising, Marketing)
能熟练的使用MS OFFICE 软件（EXCEL, WORD 和POWERPOINT）Expert use of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
能熟练使用Photoshop和HTML者优先 Experience with Photoshop and HTML preferred
出色的团队合作技巧 Amazing team interaction skills
优秀的写作技巧 Excellent writing skills
富有幽默感 Amazing sense of humor
流利的普通话和英语读写能力。 粤语流利者优先 Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English languages (written and orally) required. Fluency in Cantonese beneficial, but not required.
能经常在国内外出差 Ability to travel frequently regionally (within China and the Asia Pacific) and internationally occasionally
