Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

Location: Shanghai, China

Purpose of the job: As part of the finance operations team, The accountant assists the Finance manger in all aspects regarding the accounting, cashier, and internal control. To be ready and responsible when assigned any other duties as designated by Finance manager.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accounting: This position exist to be responsible for keeping ledger books and transaction processing Assists the Finance Manager in all aspects regarding the finance, accounting，cashier and internal control. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and LE/budget reports. Proceed to finish the closing task in the Tagetik System. Do well intra-companies matching and reconciliation work. Prepare all kinds of financial reports and statistics reports to external related government. To do a good job in the administration of VAT. Corporate and assist with the internal and external audit. Cashier Ensure that cash handling/keeping is safe. Prepare cheques, inter-bank transfer slips, T/T instructions and other payment documents for payment and receipt.  Ensure that the receipt and payment documents are accurate and complete. Keep proper records of all out-going cheques and payment documents. Liaise with banks and SAFE to resolve problems with regards to receipt and payments. Tax
•  File and pay taxes according to the regulations
• Documentation
• Responsible for the proper filing and recording of Financial Documents.
• Others Assist the Department/Company in other duties as required. Comply and promote company SHEQ regulations and culture

Functional requirements

• Education and Experience
• Diploma education in Accounting
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Fluent in written and oral English and Chinese
• Familiar with Office Software and Kingdee
