行政部实习生，英语或行政管理专业为佳，实习期3-6个月，每周出勤2-3天（周二、周三、周四），要求认真细心，英语好，懂得应变。

实习内容包括：　

1. 保持前台专业形象和前台环境整洁美观
2. 接听和转接电话
3. 银行门禁管理及访客接待
4. 信件、快递、报纸杂志收发
5. 每天收到资金部的汇率信息后，及时更新前台大屏幕公告PPT
6. 负责日常监督保管公示在银行前台区域的银行证照原件
7. 负责日常办公用品、打印纸、文具、饮料、茶水间日用品等的订购。
8. 整理四个会议室和公共打印室内的各类用品，保持会议室和打印室整洁
9. 定期检查各类物品的库存并及时补充所需用品。
10. 协调各部门存档资料和IT部电子数据的外部仓储
11. 管理机密资料安全销毁回收箱，及时通知供应商进行回收
12. 为出差员工预定机票、火车票、酒店等
13. 行政支持工作，如翻译、打印、复印、扫描、信息搜集、数据分析等
14. 协调餐饮安排和员工活动，如餐饮预订、订购外卖等
15. 主管安排的其他工作
