ROLE:

  

  

• Responsible for PCG finished goods planning and inventory control, which includes direct materials imported from Lubrizol affiliates or third-party suppliers, to meet the business requirements.

• Responsible for PCG reporting & analysis

      

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

  

• PCG Finish Goods Planning

• Responsible for weekly stock replenishment plan for related distribution centers base on forecast and real demand.

• Purchase Order and STO processing including cross functional coordination like MM setting, invoice issuing, or complaint, etc.

• Order tracking with each source plant and accountable for on time supply with quality and quantity materials.

• Pre-alert for potential S/L and S/O with commercial & CX team for further action plan and support allocation if needed.

• Timely feedback customer orders status through Z-block change in SAP system.

• PCG Inventory Management

• Monthly review and update stock policy including SS adjustment proposal

• Control month end inventory at target level, and able to foresee and report the over target result caused by special event

• Daily inventory adjustment to ensure accuracy for stock taking or CX SO processing

• Responsible for NWSM result and NWSM review meeting for aligned output of action, owner, deadline with related function. Tracking closely with the progress and quarterly go through approval process for physical scrap.

• Potential aging materials review and initiate BLOC and shelf life extension monthly

• Forecast Improvement and New Project support

• Weekly update forecast accuracy with CX for order control

• Co-work with demand planner to provide suggestion to commercial team for forecast continuous improvement

• Special support with new launching project supply and forecast management

• Reporting & Analysis

• Responsible for PCG planning monthly report, include but not limited on inventory report, sales/forecast report, shortage pre-alert report, NWSM report and additional cost report & analysis

  

  

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

  

  

1. Education：

   Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Experience：

          

• At least 3 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production planning, inventory control, customer service, etc

• Experience in Chemical industry or related is preferred
