Key Responsibilities:

1. Job description:

2. Responsible for project management after purchase order from custome

3. Understand customer requirement and RFQ

4. Define the project budget (cost and hours) based on solution detailed cost and engineering hours

5. Coordinate internal team, customer and suppliers

6. Responsible for project planning and timing

7. Follow up project status

8. Generate, track and maintain open issue list

9. Report and share project status and information with department managers

10. Follow up project actual cost and spent hours – including forecast to complete

11. Organize project reviews

12. Organize project milestones

13. Responsible to generate meeting minutes after each meeting

14. Generate final project status including final cost, hours, quality, timing, best practices and main open issues.

Qualification:

1. Colleague degree or above in automation, electrics, control engineering, mechatronics or related disciplines

2. CET-4 or above, fluent oral English, simple expression for complicated issues.

3. Strict logical thinking
