I BROAD FUNCTION

As sales engineer within the East CN plumbing sales team, you will support the sales and technical aspects of new dealers and existing dealers, plumbing products and systems. You provide product sales training to REHAU’s dealer, you will be responsible for develop and set-up the new dealers of plumbing system in East CN region and daily management and support to new and existing dealers for local regional market development and REHAU brand push in the market.

II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regional development

  • Marketing research of plumbing system in East CN region

  • Develop and set up the new dealers in the region

  • Support to set-up the sales promotion kits (including the sample panel, sales brochure etc.)

  • Support to introduce the products to the decoration company and installer

  • Manage with respective marketing material in the dealers and decoration company show room

  • Support to set-up the sub-distribution network with dealers

• Dealer monitoring

  • Monitor the sales status of dealers in monthly base

  • Report the sales status of dealer in monthly base

  • In cooperation with dealer for sales, stock level etc.

  • Develop the new dealers in the sales region

• Training support to dealer

  • Sales training to the sales person of new and existing dealer

  • Products training to the sales person and technical experts of new and existing dealers

    
    

    III REQUIREMENTS

    
    

    1. EDUCATION

• University-degree in plumbing, engineering, architecture, or construction related

  2. EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in piping, plastics / polymer industry or another relevant field

• 5 years minimum in building materials, building industry, design, heating / air conditioning proven track record in Sales

• Technical background in housing technology and installation techniques

  3. SKILLS

• Communication skills in dealing with multiple customer is essential

• Sales skills in dealing with sub-dealer in the construction material market is essential

• Specific knowledge on heating, plumbing or industrial pipes preferred

• Strong planning and execution skills
