? University degree in logistics.

? Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in planning and logistics or supply chain.

? Advanced knowledge of logistic development.

? Familiar with ERP system for material planning.

? Good understanding of warehousing management.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

? Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English.

? Independent, self-motivated attitude and organized work approach.

? Good team spirit.

Job description:

The Planning Manager works under supervision of Supply chain & Sourcing Director and his/her duties consist of the following activities:

? Supervise and ensure the orders and forecasts from customers (inter-companies and 3rd parties) are processed timely.

? Monitor the OTIF and customer satisfaction in terms of planning and logistics.

? Make sure that the suppliers are sufficiently informed of requests and forecasts, in order to deliver on time and with full quantity.

? Involve with our own production planning and make sure of the material availability, including importing some of the components.

? Drive the efficiency of the process and keep competitiveness.

? Manage the inventory in house and abroad (consignment stock), correctly and timely.

? Improve the stock turns and utilization of warehouse space.

? Supervise the warehousing activities well-organized, unloading and loading of physical goods, book in and out in the warehousing system & ERP system.

? Reduce the risks in the material flow.

? Solve the problems of material supply.
