For our Engineering Centre based in Shanhai (Songjiang district) we are hiring a PROJECT LEADER to help us grow the Engineering Centre and successfully launch new products into the Chinese market.

为组建及拓展研发中心（位于上海松江），我司需要雇佣一名项目经理，负责针对中国市场的新产品项目。

Role:

职责

The project team leader is the front runner of the project. He/she liaises with other team members in generating and developing a good project plan that is capable of achieving the deadline in the shortest time possible without much expense. Understanding and keeping track of the ‘critical path’ in projects is essential.

项目经理担任项目带头人的角色。带领其他项目成员一起制定好的项目计划， 使用尽短时间内完成工作目标，并且符合预算和时间节点的要求。理解并持续跟踪项目的“关键过程”。

As a leader, his/her job description includes hands-on working with other project members on the project to come up with the goals, objective and aims of the project.

做为主管，其工作描述包括同其他项目成员合作，提出项目的目标和客观条件。

The project leader will give project members direction on areas to focus on. He/she identifies area’s where role and responsibilities, and/or processes are not clear or robust enough and makes sure these are improved. Project team leaders exhibit good judgment in making decisions that are related to the project, taking into account Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.

项目经理给予团队成员方向明确其需关注的工作领域。确定职责和权利， 确保改进增强不清晰的流程。项目团队主管需要具备良好的与项目相关的决策能力，考虑到 质量，成本和交付目标。

As an expert in the field, the project leader understands both the technical, financial and professional angles of the project and has the role to direct team members on the best approaches to take. He/she is responsible for coming up with agenda for project meetings and facilitate subsequent follow-up on all issues raised and discussed in the meeting to ensure that they are carried out.

项目经理需要理解从技术，财务和专业角度理解项目， 引导团队成员以***方式承担项目责任。负责提出项目会议的日程，推动后续的问题跟进及会议讨论，确保解决方案的实施。

? Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards to external factors, to enable them carryout their duties effectively

? Clarify the duties, roles and functions of team members between both prospective competing team members and their superiors

? Create and implement project plan and execution

创建和完成项目计划并执行

? Encourage contributions and input from team members and other key stake holders on the project and acknowledge efforts made by team members and reward them accordingly

? Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to production cost and expenses

? Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages. Also, acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t efficient and implement change of plans

? Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment within a particular period to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer

? Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to make sure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve best offers

? University level, Technical or Chemical

本科学历，技术或者化学专业

? 10 ~ 15 years work experience, 5 years as project leader

10-15年工作经验，5年项目经理经验

? Proven track record of completing projects on time

? Strong organisational skills and passion for putting in place the right procedures and guidelines to continuously improve the teams performance
