岗位职责：

1、负责总裁授权的对内对外的文件管理工作，包括但不限于起草、收发、整理、转签、传达、汇报、存档工作；

2、负责授权内的重要活动会议的组织、接待，参会的会议纪要工作；

3、负责协助总裁的日常安排、出差准备等工作；

4、负责总裁到访客人的接待工作；

5、有团队合作精神；善于表达，善于沟通，工作协调能力强；

6、总裁交办的其他工作事项。

任职要求：

1，具有日程安排、公关、接待、文书起草等方面实践经验,具有采购经验的优先；

2、具有较强的文字功底，能起草各类文书；

3、熟悉商务礼仪，具有良好的沟通协调能力，能灵活处理各种接待工作；

4、喜爱并关注时尚潮流资讯，对新资讯有一定的敏锐度；

5、具有较强的应变能力，能灵活处理各种突发事件，口齿伶俐，会察言观色，思维敏捷；

6、具有优秀的执行力、服从精神，保密意识强，形象气质佳，有良好的审美能力；能够不断学习新事物；
