1、负责微商团队操盘（政策培训、政策定制、高层代理洽谈招募，有团队资源，分销渠道等）；

2、负责公司线上整体规划、建设和运营方向指导；

3、负责组织及策划微商团队新品发布会及其他活动；

4、全面管理万人及以上微商团队，进行公司政策及战略方向教育培训；

5、参与产品设计及研发流程；

6、策划品牌企业文化及品牌故事等企划工作；

7、负责品牌跨界营销拓展 ；

8、建立线上微商城；

9、上级领导临时交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 男女不限，熟悉线上商城操作，熟悉B2C、O2O商业模式；

2. 有搭建运营微商城、京东、天猫等主流线上平台，和策划双11天猫、京东618、美丽说等大型电商活动的经验优先；

3. 擅长分析大数据，对行业有数据收集、分析、理解能力；

4. 有传媒公关渠道，有一定的线下品牌渠道以及线上平台渠道；

5. 具有较好的协调能力及团队创新合作能力；

6. 工作积极主动、善于发现问题，有较强的沟通能力、抗压能力和执行能力；

7. 管过万人以上微商团队或知名店铺以及从事过中高端品牌运营者优先考虑。
