What are my responsibilities?
- Implement BU/Branch products sales strategy in one's responsible territory
- Achieve the business target (order intake, Gross Margin,) assigned by SIP manager
- To handle the customer complain, provide support
- To presentation for the newly customer
- Arrange seminars with Partners through business development team
- Implement partner training program for selling, estimating and T&C to make partners selfsufficient to sell SBT products

Search for the newly information about FS/SES market:
- Customer survey
- Owner/consultant (Account) relationship
- From other's quotation

To visit owner/consultant:
- Provide our company profile and product catalog
- To make presentation
- Understanding and write down the demand
- Quotation

Design/Spec. in teh projects:
- Review the function, budge, demand
- Follow the consultant’s design to put our spec. in the projects
- Discuss with owner/consultant to modify to designs by their needs

Quotation and negotiate a price:
- Depend on the demand , need , want
- Cost estimate
- Provide the quotation
- To discuss the price and functionality & negotiate a price

Sign contract:
- Prepare the contract document
- Discuss the contract items with owner
- Make formal contract document & sign with owner

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- College graduated or above major in EE, automation or related field
- Min.5 years work experience in CCTV or other security area.
- 2 years in engineering operation
- Experience in intercultural relations desirable.
- Able to work internationally if required.
- In depth knowledge of security, access etc.
- Familiar with MS-Office.
- Good communication & sales skill.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English
