• Familiar with general test machine (Tensile machine, Temperature chamber, Vibration chamber…)

• Basic knowledge of PLC control; IPC control

• Basic knowledge of non-standard test device

      

• English read & write; capable for reading device user manual

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of team.

    

Activities ：

  

• Leading equipment maintenance plan, coordination and report states; Lifecycle management of equipment

• Leading equipment calibration plan, coordination and report states; Control and identify calibration status according to quality management procedure

• Response to equipment emergency solution; Lash-up repairing and short-term solution.

• Supporting new equipment selection and installation; Working as contact person to the after marking department of equipment supplier.

• Establish and continue update equipment technical information database; In charge of Measurement system analyse project AP area; Regular communication to global team.

• Standardize maintenance guild line; Supporting device operation working instruction & training;

• Supporting laboratory audit.

                

Educational:

  

• Junior college education or higher / mechanical or electromechanical or automation control

  Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience for non-standard equipment hardware maintenance, repairing.
