一．岗位职责

  

1、、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；

  

2、协助行政经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；

  

3、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

  

  

二．任职要求：

  

1、熟练使用Office办公软件，有良好的文字处理能力；文秘、行政管理等相关专业、略懂财务优先考虑；

  

2、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，具备基本商务信函写作能力及较强的书面和口头表达能力；

  

3、熟悉公文写作格式，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；

  

4、良好的服务意识和团队合作精神，工作仔细认真、责任心强、为人正直。

We have advanced numerical control turret press, laser processing center and other major processing equipments, ensuring the processing quality and stability of the technology and experience as well as the ability to provide structural design and integrated OEM assembly and testing services; Our experienced sheet metal technicians can help customers improve the sheet metal process;
第三：有精密数控加工中心，能为客户配套精密加工零件；
3. Our precision CNC machining centers can provide complete sets of precision machining parts;
第四：有较多的风电机柜项目经验，与德国威图机柜有紧密合作关系共同为客户提供高品质的、可信赖的服务。
