ASSIGNMENTS:
?Generate growth by developing existing products as well as creating new products that sell more than those they replace.
?Develop new home furnishing solutions based on style matrixes, price and quality ladders that correspond with the Better Living Range Strategy.
?Start up and lead the product development (including communication of the product) together with the team in the Business Area and make sure that sale start times are kept, according to plan.
?Develop on the factory floor with consideration for the product and the material possibilities.
?Follow up sales development, analyse, identify improvement needs and monitor best sellers and potentials.

KNOWLEDGE:
?Experience of one or more of the following; home furnishing, product development, design, retail, purchasing or supplying.
?Business experience and know how to develop sales
?Knowledge and previous experience of the business and market
?Knowledge of production and material conditions.
?Knowledge about the store, meeting the customer and the implications it has for developing products.
?Understanding of material possibilities and suppliers conditions.
?Experience of leading projects from start to finish.
