1. 学习与掌握公司相关技术知识与产品知识，根据公司产品及销售方向，协助销售经理或独立完成客户调研、产品推广、客户回访等工作；

2. 响应客户各类咨询，协调内部资源帮助促成交易，对重要客户进行业务流转；

3. 负责公司销售采购合同、招投标文档、业务所需其他文档资料的拟定、归类、建档和保管工作；

4. 监控合同执行情况，进行催款提示、回款跟踪和记录；

5. 对公司销售数据进行维护及统计核算；

6. 协助部门经理做好部门内务、各种部内会议的记录；

7. 完成部门经理安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 市场营销、计算机应用相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. 至少一年以上销售助理、商务助理工作经验；

3. 工作积极主动，认真细致、具有高度责任心；

4. 具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，具有团队精神及抗压能力；

5. 具备一定的销售敏感度和较强的服务意识；

6. 良好的书面表达功底；

7. 熟练操作Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件。
