Key Responsibilities:

？ Support big events and campaigns separately or collectively for Fashion, Watch & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) and Fragrance & Beauty (FBP) divisions;

？ Support pop-up events for promotional activities;

？ Support the digitalization of business;

？ Support business partnership projects with big groups;

？ Draft and review various types of commercial contracts to support daily operation, including, among others, Supply Agreements, Lease Agreement, Consignment Agreements, Employment-related Contracts, IT Contracts, etc.

？ Provide legal training for compliance;

Academic / Professional Qualifications

2 Concrete educational background from reputable law school(s)

2 Qualified PRC lawyer

Work Experience

2 3 years+ PQE (experience at leading law firm(s) is a must)

Required Competencies

2 Accuracy and attention to details

2 Ability to generate solutions in a practical and compliant way

2 Good team spirit and diligence

2 Excellent English and Chinese language skills, both verbal and written

Key Interactions:

2 Work closely with legal team members/business teams in China and with regional legal team in HK

2 Liaise with external counsels

2 Meet with outside business partners

2 Answer governmental authorities' inquiries
