Position: Regulations & Programs

Division/Department: HR, Orga & ITP/Organizations and Central HR

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

The main objectives of this position are to implement the Organization & HR related processes and implement Volkswagen Group regulations and processes in Volkswagen Group China, especially in VCIC, VGIC and Audi China, in order to ensure optimized regulations management and processes for all Volkswagen entities in China with VW Group standard tools and methodologies.

The position is responsible for:

？ “Stimmungsbarometer” process in the Region China

？ Steering the development and maintenance of Company Policies at VCIC & VGIC as well as management of Policy Steering Committee.

？ Group Policies implementation of in VCIC & VGIC. Steering of Group policies in Region China.

？ HR, Orga & ITP Strategy Region China

？ Further Projects (e.g. PMO for ISO Certification, etc.)

This position has different roles in specific circumstances, including leading, consulting and supporting.

Your Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for Stimmungsbarometer for 100% entities in Region China: including preparation, communication, materials sharing, project plan, results discussion, measures implementation, and follow up.

？ Responsible for “Stimmungsbarometer” survey execution for VCIC. This includes preparation/communication, survey, evaluation, results discussion, and measures implementation.

？ Reporting to Board of Management on the process implementation in VCIC and results in Region China.

？ Responsible for development and maintenance of Company Policies at VCIC and VGIC in accordance to the policy design and update process. Management of Policy Steering Committee. Alignment and compatibility check with existing regulations within the Group.

？ Responsible for implementation of Group regulations Group Policies in China. Provision of Group regulations to all VW entities in the Region China. Development of the content together with BUs in localization of Group policies

？ Responsible for HR, Orga & ITP Strategy Region China including:

o PMO (incl. stakeholder management, driving the process, organizing workshops etc.) of the HR, Orga & ITP Strategy 2025.

o Content management and content organization of the strategic topics

o Preparation for HR Committee with topics related to HR, Orga & ITP Strategy 2025.

？ Further responsibilities in Organization Department including:

o Development of content for ISO Certification PMO (procedures, implementation, timetable, capacity, targets, etc). Support

o Departments in HR, Orga & ITP with ISO Certification content preparation.

o Organize internship within the department

？ Preparation of Orga workshops & trainings

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

？ Bachelor / Master degree: e.g. in production, planning, logistics, engineering, economics, HR, Business Admin. or Organization

Personal skills:

？ Very good Project Management skills

？ Very good communication and presentation skills

？ Problem solving and analytical skills

？ Consultancy experience is a plus

Working experience (in years):

？ Working experience as Bachelor / Master: 5 to 10 years in industry / thereof 3 to 5 years in autom. Industry

？ Working experience 'Vocational education': > 10 years in industry / thereof ca. 5 years in autom. industry

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

？ Fluent spoken and written English

？ Chinese and German language is a plus

？ Good/excellent MS Office skills
